01How changes are announced
Adding or replacing a provider or model within a category below does not change this list. When we add a new category, it is shown here as "Coming on" with its date, and the owners of Team and Agency workspaces get an email at least 15 days before it takes effect.
Team and Agency customers can object to a new category on reasonable data protection grounds by emailing support@forgeborn.ai within 15 days of the notice, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
02AI model providers
- Used for: Generate images, videos, audio, 3D models and text from your prompts and files.
- Data: Prompts, uploaded images, videos and audio, and the generated output.
- In effect since 24 October 2026
03Payment provider (Merchant of Record)
- Used for: Sells plans and credits, processes payments, taxes, invoices and refunds.
- Data: Name, email address, billing country and payment details.
- In effect since 24 October 2026
04Cloud hosting and storage
- Used for: Runs the service and stores accounts, workspaces and files.
- Data: All data in the service, including uploaded and generated files.
- In effect since 24 October 2026
05Email delivery
- Used for: Sends sign-in, invitation, review and service emails.
- Data: Email address, name and the content of the email.
- In effect since 24 October 2026
06Analytics
- Used for: Measures how the site is used, only for visitors who accept analytics cookies.
- Data: Page views, clicks and device and browser information. Typed text and media are hidden.
- In effect since 24 October 2026
07Content moderation
- Used for: Checks prompts and uploads for content our terms do not allow.
- Data: Prompts and uploaded images and videos.
