Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments for ForgeBorn subscriptions and credit packs can be refunded, and how to request a refund.

01Overview

ForgeBorn sells subscription plans with a monthly credit allowance and one-time credit packs. Because generations consume third-party compute the moment you run them, this policy sets out clear rules for what can and cannot be refunded.

This policy applies alongside your statutory rights, which are not affected where mandatory consumer law provides greater protection.

02Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and remaining subscription credits stay active until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate or refund partial billing periods once a period has started, except where required by law.

03One-time credit packs

One-time credit packs are made available immediately after purchase. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the purchased credits have been used. Once any credits from a pack have been spent, the pack is considered used and is non-refundable.

04Used credits

Credits that have been spent on a generation are non-refundable, because the corresponding third-party compute has already been consumed. This applies whether or not you are satisfied with the Output, since AI results are inherently variable.

05Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits used for that generation are automatically returned to your balance. If you believe credits were deducted for a failed generation and not returned, contact us and we will investigate and correct it.

06Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EU, UK, Turkey, and other regions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period. By purchasing digital content and starting to use credits immediately, you may acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Where the law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, we will honor it.

07How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the email address on your account, the order or transaction details, and the reason for your request. We aim to review eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.

08Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
